Wideband Technology can arrange delivery in Australia and around the globe for all of your purchases.
TNT Express
We use TNT for the majority of our national and international delivery options. Tracking Orders
An e-Con number (ECN) will be sent to your nominated email address. The ECN number provides updated information on the status of the delivery and estimated time of arrival. You can check your nominated email address by login into My Account.
By Phone
Call TNT directly on 131150 quoting your ECN number.
By Web
Enter TNT website link www.tnt.com.au and type your ECN number on the home page then select track.
Delivery Of Heavy Items
Please note that Heavy items such as communication cabinets that require more then one person to lift are not delivered to your door unless a special delivery service has been arranged and paid for prior to the delivery of goods. You will need to organse the correct equipment or men power to transport such items from the truck to the location of your choice.
Wideband Technology is not responsible if the cabinet does not fit through a passage in order to get to its location, so please choose carefully.
